Module One : Foundations of client health work

This module lays the foundations for your client work. We start the program by exploring the elements of best-practice care, the context for your services, and work environments. We undertake self-reflective practices to get to know yourself, your values, and the strengths you bring to your work, as self-awareness is a critical component of client health work.

Module Two : Communication for relationship centred care

Relationships are central to the quality client health experience and all holistic health work must place the client at the centre for informed self-directed care. Communication, language and empathy are essential for quality client health work. This module discusses communication essentials & relationship management in healthcare.

Module Three : Human evolution, neuroscience & psychology

How much does the course cost and when does it commence?

The program price is $3,450 AUD including GST, which covers your tuition fees, access to our online program portal and all digital program materials. The next course commences in 2024.

How long does the course go for? And, how many hours a week should I set aside?

The course is a 3-month program. It is intensive and we recommend setting aside 10+ hours per week to get the most out of the course and maximise your learning.

How is the course delivered?

The course is delivered online via our training portal and web conferencing for live calls.

Are there any pre-requisite requirements for the program?

The course is open to everyone committed to practicing Holistic Mental Health & Mindfulness within their existing employment or as part of their coaching, consulting and health practice .

There are no pre-requisite requirements or qualifications needed to participate in the program. We equip you with all the skills and knowledge you need to practice as a KŌTA Holistic Mental Health & Mindfulness Practitioner.

What are the graduation requirements?

You are required to complete the assigned individual and group tasks. The course also includes a Capstone Project of up to 2,000 words on a topic of your choice related to holistic mental health & mindfulness, which is due to be submitted by Module 8.

Will I get a certificate?

Absolutely! You will receive a KŌTA Holistic Mental Health & Mindfulness Practitioner Certificate when you complete the course.
