Weekly column launches in The West Australian

LAUNCH DAY

Introducing the launch of our Founder & Director, Renée Gardiner’s weekly column in The West Australian newspaper, which will be hitting the Agenda section every Saturday.

The Covid pandemic is an opportunity to redefine the meaning of health and improve our outdated healthcare system.

“Even though our health system is world-leading, it is still primarily based on diagnostic and curative medicine. As a society we have already moved on from this defienct model.” Renée Gardiner, Founder & Director of KŌTA.

Renée’s columns will be exploring all things holistic mental health and wellbeing, looking at different therapies and practices such as meditation, mindfulness and self-leadership, as well as new science, relating to optimising wellbeing and healing.

Join me as we dive deep each week. Subscribe online or pick up a copy of Saturday’s paper each week, and enjoy reading it with your fave cuppa.
